"The wedding date is getting closer, I can't let her marry him, and the girl my daughter she has to be mine because it all adds up....she's 9 according to the detective and that was when everything happened or maybe......ahhh" he said in frustration and sighed. "I know I have been wrong to her but nooo, now that I have found her, she can't slip off no matter what, she has to forgive me, she has to.......
"What just.... Who was..... Noooo This is not happening, this can't be happening Nooooo, God please Noooo!!!! It has to be a joke a big one.....No that didn't sound like one, Not Now that I am finally happy........ Nooo I can't allow that, No way!!!" he was livid!

Ding dong!!! Ding dong!!! The door bell rang.
"B! B!! Get the door" ibukun called out to her daughter.
"OK mum" she replied
She had to concentrate on getting this new recipe right and let out this wedding nerves and uneasiness she has been having all week. At first she thought it was her parents but they are fine and coupled with that strange call she had, probably it was a wrong number or maybe it's because the wedding is in 3weeks time. She just hopes all goes as planned and that nothing goes wrong or that Bosun would change his mind, but...hold on...
"where did that thought come from and what makes her feel that he would change his mind?" she asked herself. "That can never be, Bosun loves her and she loves him too" she thought.
Soon nothing can go wrong between them even if he's got a temper...... Now that she is moving forward finally with her life. She has to stay positive. Just then she realized that B was taking too long at the door,
"let me go see what's happening" she told herself as she left for the main entrance door

He has been watching the house for a while now, he has seen her fiancé, her child even her sisters come in and go out. So he knows this is the perfect time to ring in person rather than on phone.
Ding dong!!! the door bell rang out as he pushed the button a second time.
The door opened and then he saw her, a mini him but with her mom's eyes and hair
"Hello..." She says with her little matured voice. "How may I help you....."
He smiled, God she was beautiful and cute like her mother. Instantly he felt the love that has been inside him since when he knew about her, grow and fill his heart. He squatted and looked into the girls eye.
"Hi," he said to her while smiling. "You are beautiful has anyone ever told you that"
"Hi," he said to her while smiling. "You are beautiful has anyone ever told you that"
"Yes my mum does every morning, so how may I help you"
"Woa! you are a smart one you know?"
"Yea I do and I am not supposed to be talking to strangers."
"Ok..... My name is T, and I am here to see your mom, I am a friend of hers."
"Well I know all my mom's friends and I don't know you", she was already frowning
"We have been friends way back before you were born and then I traveled out of the country that's why you don't know me, I just got back ", he was on the defensive already
"Oh really!! What did you say your name is again"
"T, that's Toney", he was feeling some relief now

Walking to the door to check out what's keeping B, she heard it. The voice sounded sooo familiar. Could it be.....? Well she has to get to the door to be sure. Just as she was about to touch the door it opened and lo and behold her dreams had come to haunt her! There he was, squatting in front of her daughter and smiling.....!! It's all a dream! This couldn't be happening!
Then she heard him say "T, that's Toney".
Enrooted to a spot she couldn't move but just then B turned around and then they both lifted their eyes and saw her, her eyes were fixed to his
"Mom this man says he's a friend of yours from way back, is it true?" the oblivious little girl asked
She was dumbstruck, she kept staring and her mind kept racing and then she felt a pull and then another came in, bringing her to reality
"mom??!!!"
"Hmmm , hmmm yeah B please can you go in and check the food on fire? I will be with you shortly she said without looking at her daughter."

B looked at her mom for a minute and then she looked at the visitor and left. Looking obviously confused.
"What do you want from me?, was the next question and it came from her mom. "Why are you here? How did you find me?" Even though they kept running out fast, they only remained in her head as she couldn't open up her mouth to speak.
But before she could put herself together, she saw her hand lift and land across his face in a hot blinding slap!!
She was shocked at her action but he obviously wasn't.
