(10.40a.m. - Ottawa, Canada): Witnesses say now that shooter has entered one of the Parliament Buildings and have opened fire.
(10:47a.m. - Ottawa, Canada): Second round of fire shot inside the Parliament Building. One person hit already. There is an emergency lock-down enforced by the Police. Occupants asked to raise their hands as they are evacuated to a safe corner. Police still looking for shooter. Two victims confirmed shot in total.
(11:30a.m. - Ottawa, Canada): Up to two or three Gunmen involved. Parliament Building still on Lockdown!
